Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of civil and infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and utilities.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents in compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to ensure project viability and sustainability.
- Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and environmental specialists to integrate infrastructure solutions into broader development plans.
- Oversee construction supervision, quality control, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and project timelines to stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure project excellence and team growth.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation in civil engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution; professional certification (e.g., P.E., CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in civil and infrastructure engineering, with a proven track record in project leadership.
- Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or BIM tools.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including transportation, water systems, or urban development.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments and adapt to evolving project demands.
