Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for facilities management projects, assessing technical, financial, and operational viability.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to finalize design plans and specifications.
- Secure funding approvals by preparing detailed proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement processes, including obtaining quotations, evaluating vendors, and negotiating contracts.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time completion.
- Provide technical advice on facilities management best practices, compliance, and sustainability standards.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, project management, or construction, preferably in commercial or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to handover.
- Strong knowledge of feasibility analysis, budgeting, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for construction and facilities management.
- Certifications such as PMP, CFM, or LEED are highly advantageous.
