Responsibility
- Design and engineer solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct site assessments, shading analysis, and energy yield modeling using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, SketchUp).
- Develop detailed technical drawings, schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for solar installations.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from design to commissioning.
- Perform financial analysis and ROI calculations to support client proposals and funding applications.
- Stay updated on emerging solar technologies, codes, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients on system operation and maintenance.
- Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and performance standards, including local grid interconnection requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Renewable Energy (or related field).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in solar PV system design, with a proven portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in solar design software such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, or Helioscope.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC) and local regulations for solar installations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and client requirements.
- Familiarity with energy storage systems (battery solutions) and hybrid renewable energy systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and project management skills.
