In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and promote solar energy solutions to commercial and residential clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to reducing carbon footprints and accelerating the adoption of clean energy across Bali’s most vibrant regions—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy sector across Bali, including commercial, residential, and industrial clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and investors.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and emerging trends in renewable energy.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and financial models to secure solar projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solar solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3–5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing models, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
