Responsibility

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies for modern trade channels, aligning with PepsiCo’s business objectives and market demands.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing key accounts team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and market penetration goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major retailers, distributors, and modern trade partners to drive long-term business growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, promotions, and trade agreements to maximize profitability and volume growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in the modern trade landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, forecast accuracy, and ROI for key accounts, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation in sales processes, leveraging data analytics and CRM tools to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales, key account management, or modern trade, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and leading high-impact sales teams in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of modern trade dynamics, retail operations, and trade marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and based in Bali, Indonesia.
