Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate remittance revenue targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to corporate transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in financial services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or financial services, with a focus on B2B clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of remittance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
