Responsibility
- Manage and organize solar project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
- Coordinate scheduling for solar installations, inspections, and client meetings.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate databases and tracking systems for solar project progress and inventory.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and inquiries, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support the finance team with invoicing, expense tracking, and budget-related tasks for solar projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making for solar energy initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Familiarity with solar energy or renewable energy sectors is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
