Responsibility
- Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to design and execute test cases and scripts for software validation.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking systems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality improvements.
- Assist in regression testing to ensure new features integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Contribute to test documentation, including test plans, reports, and user manuals.
- Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions to enhance software performance.
- Stay updated with QA best practices and emerging tools/technologies in software testing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree.
- Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual/automated).
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, etc.) or API testing (Postman, RestAssured) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate technical issues clearly.
- Passion for quality assurance and a proactive approach to learning.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
