Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
- Lead QA processes, including manual and automated testing, to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to define quality metrics and acceptance criteria.
- Design and implement automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy in testing processes.
- Conduct regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure seamless user experiences across all platforms.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior QA team members and promote a culture of quality and accountability within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong expertise in manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman, Appium).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java for test automation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with performance, security, and usability testing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
