Responsibility
- Lead and oversee digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize SAP systems and other digital tools.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system requirements, and project plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation projects, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in business analysis and digital transformation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management experience, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business process modeling techniques.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or SAP is a plus.
