Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize vision algorithms for semiconductor inspection systems.
- Implement image processing techniques to enhance defect detection and classification.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate vision software with inspection equipment.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for automated defect analysis.
- Optimize software performance for real-time processing in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability.
- Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in computer vision and semiconductor technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in vision software development, preferably in semiconductor or industrial inspection.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, and OpenCV for image processing applications.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
