Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for system operations, administration, and maintenance (OAM).
- Implement and optimize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
- Automate operational workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless deployment and system reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for OAM processes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and implement preventive measures.
- Enhance system performance through continuous tuning, debugging, and optimization.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support for critical system incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on OAM, system administration, or DevOps.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
