Responsibility
- Lead and manage End-user Computing (EUC) operations, including service desk, endpoint management, and office IT infrastructure across Bali.
- Develop and implement IT automation strategies to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices are integrated into all IT operations, including endpoint security and data protection.
- Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement to ensure cost-effective and high-quality technology solutions.
- Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization.
- Provide strategic leadership to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, end-user computing, or automation, preferably in a multi-site or international environment.
- Strong expertise in service desk operations, endpoint management, and IT infrastructure (e.g., Active Directory, SCCM, Intune).
- Hands-on experience with IT automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, RPA) and a track record of implementing process improvements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop IT staff.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and experience securing IT environments against threats.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align IT strategies with business goals.
