Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of application solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party applications, tools, and platforms to meet organizational needs.
- Oversee the integration of applications with existing systems, ensuring data consistency and security.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams, including troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in IT solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new applications and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting, application development, or systems integration.
- Proven expertise in evaluating, implementing, and managing enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, LMS).
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, APIs, and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with database management, SQL, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or relevant cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
