Responsibility
- Provide high-level IT support for end-user computing, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
- Develop and implement IT procedures, policies, and best practices to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and configure end-user devices and applications.
- Monitor and resolve technical incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower users with IT knowledge.
- Assist in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and security enhancements.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and coordinate with vendors for procurement and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, end-user computing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and IT service management (ITSM) platforms.
