Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and LLM deployments, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and software developers to optimize model training, validation, and deployment workflows.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices, including encryption, access control, and vulnerability management.
- Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes, tools, and infrastructure.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve system resilience.
- Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of DevOps excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on AI/ML deployments or cloud-native applications.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including IAM, network security, and compliance standards.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
