Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure for AI/ML model deployment using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless, automated deployments of AI models and FinTech applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to containerize AI workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Pulumi to manage cloud resources programmatically.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize infrastructure to meet SLAs and business requirements.
- Enforce security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance, to protect sensitive financial data and AI models.
- Automate operational tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go) to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of DevOps best practices, including observability, logging, and incident response.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or site reliability engineering (SRE), with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or AKS) and container orchestration in production environments.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and VPC.
- Familiarity with AI/ML deployment pipelines and tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or TensorFlow Serving is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/DevOps culture with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to document processes and collaborate remotely.
