Responsibility
- Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the ESP QA team to implement AI-driven solutions for query handling and quality assurance.
- Conduct performance testing on software applications to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the design and deployment of scalable software architectures aligned with business needs.
- Document technical processes, code changes, and test results for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and automation to propose innovative solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, analysts) to ensure seamless integration of new features.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in software development, testing, or automation (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and optimization.
- Ability to work night shifts (aligning with global team hours) and adapt to a hybrid work model.
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with international teams.
