Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Implement best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive technical excellence by staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align technical strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira, Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
