Responsibility
- Plan, design, and architect 5G Cloud Core Network (5GC) solutions, including NSSF, AMF, SMF, UPF, and PCF, to meet business and technical requirements.
- Lead the deployment, integration, and migration of cloud-native network functions in SA and NSA modes.
- Conduct end-to-end acceptance testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure network reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to define network specifications and ensure seamless interoperability.
- Optimize network performance, capacity, and latency while ensuring compliance with industry standards (3GPP, ETSI).
- Develop and implement automation scripts (Python, Ansible) for CI/CD pipelines in cloud-native environments.
- Monitor network health, analyze KPIs, and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in core network engineering, with a focus on 4G/5G, IMS, or Cloud Core (5GC).
- Hands-on experience with NFV (Network Functions Virtualization), SDN, and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack).
- Strong knowledge of 3GPP standards, 5G SA/NSA architectures, and protocol stacks (SIP, Diameter, HTTP/2, gRPC).
- Proficiency in network design tools (e.g., Huawei CloudEngine, Cisco ACI) and automation scripting (Python, Bash).
- Certifications in Huawei HCIP-5G, Cisco CCNP, or AWS/Azure Cloud are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
