Responsibility
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 uptime and performance optimization.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network incidents and outages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement network upgrades, patches, and configurations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct regular performance audits and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in the deployment of new network hardware and software solutions.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for internal and external network-related inquiries.
- Stay updated with emerging network technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in network operations, NOC, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, and network security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, or Zabbix).
- Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or Huawei networking equipment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
