Responsibility
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures to support data analysis and reporting.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
- Conduct data quality assessments and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and reliability.
- Document system workflows, data dictionaries, and technical specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on SQL and data governance.
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex query writing, optimization, and database management.
- Experience with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and onsite collaboration.
