Responsibility

  • Oversee and coordinate all soft services operations, including cleaning, security, pest control, waste management, and landscaping, across assigned facilities.
  • Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of soft services staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, conducting regular audits and providing actionable feedback to maintain service standards.
  • Collaborate with property managers and clients to align soft services with operational goals and tenant expectations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for soft services, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance service quality, sustainability, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in soft services management, preferably within the real estate, hospitality, or property management industry.
  • Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to drive service excellence.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are advantageous).
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to facility management.
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools for service tracking and reporting.
