Responsibility

  • Conduct assessments to identify the needs and challenges of individuals and families within the community.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to address social, emotional, and economic barriers.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to clients, helping them navigate life challenges and achieve self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate resources and services.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, support groups, and educational programs to promote social cohesion and development.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and access to essential services, including healthcare, education, and employment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about available support services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, community development, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of social services, community resources, and support systems in Bali or similar regions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in case management, counseling techniques, and crisis intervention.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages is advantageous.
  • Commitment to ethical practices, cultural sensitivity, and client confidentiality.
