Responsibility
- Scientific Engagement: Develop and maintain long-term, value-driven relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and healthcare institutions to provide accurate, balanced scientific information.
- Medical Insights: Gather and analyze clinical insights from the field to inform internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Marketing) and shape product strategies.
- Educational Support: Deliver scientific presentations, training, and resources to HCPs on therapeutic areas, product data, and emerging medical trends.
- Clinical Trial Collaboration: Facilitate investigator-initiated studies (IIS) and support clinical trial activities by identifying potential sites and investigators.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all interactions adhere to regulatory guidelines (e.g., IFPMA, local laws) and maintain transparency in scientific exchanges.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs teams to align scientific messaging with business objectives.
- Territory Management: Strategically plan and execute field activities, including advisory boards, symposia, and one-on-one engagements.
- Data Dissemination: Share peer-reviewed publications, congress highlights, and real-world evidence to support evidence-based medicine.
Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or MSc) in a life sciences discipline (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a medical affairs, clinical research, or healthcare-related role (MSL experience is a plus).
- Therapeutic Knowledge: Deep understanding of disease states, pharmacology, and treatment landscapes in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency; ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, actionable insights.
- Networking: Proven ability to build trust and credibility with HCPs and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking to interpret clinical data and address scientific inquiries.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning.
