Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patientsâ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities in home settings.
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to each patientâs needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and pain management.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and adaptive techniques for daily living.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
- Stay current with the latest physiotherapy techniques, research, and best practices to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or registration to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatric care, home health, or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to patient homes within assigned areas.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to improving quality of life for elderly patients.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
