Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with check-in, registration, and appointment scheduling.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims processing efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Support medical procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and basic administrative tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
