Responsibility
- Operate X-ray, MRI, CT scan, and other diagnostic imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for medical analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and patient protection standards.
- Position patients correctly and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation during imaging.
- Evaluate image quality and retake scans as necessary to meet diagnostic requirements.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging data in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to interpret results and support treatment plans.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any technical issues to the engineering team.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiography technology and best practices through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field; licensed Radiographer (local or international certification recognized in Indonesia).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiographer in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center.
- Proficiency in operating X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound equipment.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, patient care, and medical imaging techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and other radiology software.
- Commitment to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
