Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Conduct routine health check-ups, screenings, and vaccinations for patients of all ages.
- Prescribe medications and therapies while ensuring adherence to medical guidelines and ethical standards.
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare, lifestyle modifications, and disease management.
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams to coordinate patient referrals and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records using digital health systems.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care when necessary.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote public health awareness.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a General Practitioner in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in general practice or family medicine.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and basic medical software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
