Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests to determine customers' optical needs.
- Provide expert advice on lens types, coatings, and frame selections tailored to individual lifestyles.
- Perform precise lens fittings and adjustments to ensure optimal comfort and vision correction.
- Educate customers on proper eyewear care, maintenance, and usage best practices.
- Manage inventory, track sales, and maintain accurate records of optical products and customer prescriptions.
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and optometrists to ensure seamless patient care and referrals when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear fashion, lens technology, and industry advancements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Optometry, Ophthalmic Dispensing, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome!).
- Valid optician license or certification recognized in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in clinical or retail optical settings (preferred but not required for fresh graduates).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision in lens measurements and frame adjustments.
- Basic computer skills for managing patient records and inventory systems.
