Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of medical departments, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize patient care and staff productivity.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure cost-effective and sustainable operations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
- Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support the hospital’s operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in medical operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
