Responsibility
- Assess patientsā nutritional needs through comprehensive evaluations, including medical history, dietary habits, and anthropometric measurements.
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans tailored to patientsā medical conditions, age, and lifestyle.
- Monitor and evaluate patientsā progress, adjusting dietary recommendations as needed to optimize health outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and disease management through diet.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to integrate nutritional therapy into overall patient care plans.
- Conduct group nutrition counseling sessions and community outreach programs to promote public health awareness.
- Stay updated with the latest research and trends in clinical nutrition to ensure evidence-based practice.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification as a Nutritionist/Dietitian in Indonesia (e.g., Ahli Gizi certification).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- In-depth knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for various conditions (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular disease, malnutrition).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and verbal) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tailor nutrition plans to individual patient needs.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of nutrition.
