Responsibility
- Provide expert clinical consultation and guidance to healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, focusing on safety, efficacy, and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical processes to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Educate and train healthcare staff on new protocols, technologies, and evidence-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between Carelon and external healthcare partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, providing data-driven insights to optimize care strategies and reduce risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in healthcare to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare consulting setting.
- Proven expertise in clinical consultation, patient care planning, and healthcare quality improvement.
- Strong knowledge of international healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in training and mentoring healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
