Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with ethical pharmaceutical sales practices and company policies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the ethical pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
