Responsibility
- Assist medical professionals with patient consultations, examinations, and procedures.
- Manage patient records, appointments, and administrative documentation with accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterilized and ready for use.
- Greet and register patients, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing efficiently.
- Coordinate with laboratory services for sample collection and result retrieval.
- Educate patients on clinic policies, procedures, and post-visit care instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Medical Assisting, Nursing, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, basic first aid, and administrative software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with infection control protocols and HIPAA/patient confidentiality standards.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
