Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Administer vaccinations, perform minor surgical procedures, and provide preventive care and health education.
- Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when necessary and coordinate follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in community health initiatives, health screenings, and public health campaigns.
- Stay current with medical advancements, guidelines, and best practices through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (S.Ked or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a valid practice license (SIP/SIK) from the Indonesian Medical Council.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a General Practitioner or in a clinical setting (fresh graduates with exceptional skills will be considered).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital healthcare tools.
