Responsibility
- Design and execute population health research studies, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Develop and evaluate health intervention programs to improve community health outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, policymakers, and data scientists, to translate research findings into actionable strategies.
- Prepare and present research reports, manuscripts, and policy briefs for stakeholders and peer-reviewed journals.
- Utilize statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata) to analyze complex health datasets and identify trends.
- Support the implementation of innovative health technologies and digital health solutions in research projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in population health and contribute to thought leadership in the field.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in population health research, program evaluation, or health policy analysis.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong scientific writing and communication skills, with a track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience working with large-scale health datasets (e.g., electronic health records, survey data).
- Familiarity with health equity, social determinants of health, and implementation science frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems in Southeast Asia is a plus.
