Responsibility
- Administer IV therapy treatments safely and efficiently, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patient vital signs and overall condition before, during, and after IV therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with physicians and aesthetic specialists to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of IV therapy and aesthetic treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards.
- Prepare and manage IV equipment, supplies, and treatment areas to ensure a sterile and organized environment.
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up support to enhance patient recovery and satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in IV therapy and aesthetic medicine.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia (STR) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Proven experience in IV therapy administration, preferably in a wellness or aesthetic setting.
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
