Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including behavioral, cognitive, and emotional evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions for clients with diverse mental health needs, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., psychiatrists, social workers, educators) to ensure holistic patient care.
- Design and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and mental health awareness programs for communities, schools, or corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, including progress notes, reports, and treatment summaries.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical psychology to enhance service delivery.
- Advocate for mental health stigma reduction and promote accessibility to psychological services in Bali.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or registration as a Clinical Psychologist (preferably with international recognition or eligibility for local certification).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in settings such as hospitals, clinics, or private practice.
- Proficiency in psychological assessment tools (e.g., IQ tests, personality inventories, projective techniques).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or Balinese is a plus.
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments and sensitivity to local customs and beliefs.
