Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation or restorative therapies.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and document all interventions accurately.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other clinical procedures in accordance with best practices.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, exercise regimens, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous professional development programs.
- Advocate for patient needs and ensure a compassionate, patient-centered approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitation, geriatric care, or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills, including wound management, medication administration, and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer proficiency.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to ethical nursing practices.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
