Responsibility
- Assist dermatologists during patient consultations, procedures, and treatments.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterilized and ready for use.
- Greet and check in patients, verifying their medical history and updating records as needed.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and preventive measures for optimal skin health.
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communications with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and inventory management of clinic supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with medical standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide a welcoming and efficient clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or dermatology clinic setting (fresh graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Basic knowledge of dermatological terminology, procedures, and skincare products.
- Proficiency in using medical software or electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
