Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for medical products and equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the benefits and features of medical devices.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, brochures, and digital content.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, product advancements, and best practices in medical sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare product promotion.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for field visits.
