Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of at-risk youth and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized case management plans to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to youth and families in distress.
- Collaborate with schools, government agencies, and community organizations to coordinate support services.
- Facilitate group workshops and educational programs on life skills, mental health, and resilience-building.
- Advocate for the rights and well-being of youth within the legal and social service systems.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, youth services, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of case management principles, crisis intervention techniques, and family support strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse populations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of local Balinese dialects is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, community-based setting.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
