Responsibility

- Mentor and supervise junior physiotherapists and support staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
- Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist in Indonesia.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
