Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor patient care plans, ensuring they meet clinical standards and individual needs.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations, provide mentorship, and identify training opportunities.
- Collaborate with medical teams to optimize treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.
- Manage nursing schedules, resource allocation, and budget oversight for the department.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, and administrative leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) with a valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and emergency protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management software.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
