Responsibility
- Oversee and manage financial administration for outpatient pharmacy services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
- Resolve operational and financial discrepancies promptly to maintain seamless pharmacy workflows.
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians and administrative staff, to optimize pharmacy service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate procurement, and ensure cost-effective management of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Implement and maintain standardized processes for billing, reimbursements, and financial documentation.
- Assist in auditing pharmacy financial records and ensuring adherence to regulatory and hospital standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on financial procedures and best practices in pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations, financial administration, or a similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy financial systems, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and pharmacy management software.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia or Singapore.
