Responsibility
- Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, records, and billing.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery.
- Oversee inventory of medical and office supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Handle financial transactions, including payments, invoicing, and petty cash management.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Develop and implement administrative systems to improve efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote clinic services in the local community.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic administration, dental office management, or a related healthcare role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in medical software (e.g., dental practice management systems) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, insurance processes, and basic accounting.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar).
