Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outpatient pharmacy, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to maintain high performance.
- Ensure adherence to local and international pharmacy regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Manage inventory, including procurement, storage, and distribution of medications and supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and resolve any issues.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold safety and accuracy in dispensing.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pharmacy workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient education on medication use and safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid pharmacist license in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
