Responsibility
- Conduct thorough preoperative assessments to identify patient needs and potential health risks.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's surgical requirements.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless perioperative care.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and responses during surgical procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
