Responsibility
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients based on medical conditions, dietary needs, and treatment goals.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams (doctors, nurses, dietitians) to ensure seamless integration of dietary recommendations into patient care plans.
- Oversee food service operations, including meal preparation, portion control, and hygiene standards in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Utilize AWS-based systems to track patient dietary data, generate reports, and optimize meal distribution workflows.
- Educate patients and families on nutritional best practices, special diets, and lifestyle adjustments for long-term health.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting dietary plans as needed to support recovery and wellness.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols in all food service areas.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality, cost-effective ingredients while meeting nutritional requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; certification (e.g., RD, CN) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition, healthcare food service, or dietary management.
- Familiarity with AWS tools (e.g., data entry, cloud-based systems) for dietary tracking and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, special diets (e.g., diabetic, renal, cardiac), and food allergies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Ability to work shift patterns (including weekends/holidays) in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Commitment to continuous learning in nutrition science and healthcare technology.
